Scott Scribner is the Senior Team Leader Keller Williams Plano. Prior to being Team Leader, Scott was a successful REALTOR® with over 14 years of Real Estate Sales Experience.  Scott is a former Banker , with over 12 years of experience in Commercial Banking, including that of Bank President and CEO. Scott is currently on the Board of directors for the National Association of the Self Employed, and has testified in Washington on IRS Tax issues, most recently on the Home office deduction. Scott is a Graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

Responsibility: Bob is a Board member of CCAR, TREC, GRI and Women’s Council of Realtors and Instructor at Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School.  He reviews the legal aspects and terms of all contracts to ensure a smooth transaction and provides guidance through the negotiation process and closing process.  In addition, he communicates regulations that the Texas Real Estate Commission

Responsibility: Judy Williams has been active in the real estate industry since 1982 in many capacities from receptionist to office manager.  She came to Keller Williams Realty in 1995 as the personal assistant to Dick Dillingham, OP of the Plano office.  She currently works for Dick as his office coordinator and also as an assistant to Gayla Nancarrow in the Transaction Coordination department. Her job includes helping the agents process their paperwork, once they have a contract, and following it through the closing process.

Heather is the Director of Business Development.  Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Heather had a successful career in medical sales for over 10 years.  She obtained her Master’s of Public Health from New Mexico State University and Bachelor’s in Science from the University of Houston.  Heather and her husband live in Frisco with their two young sons.

Responsibility: Michael Tritthart is a National/Regional trainer based out of the Keller Williams Plano market center.  With more than a decade of experience in educational technology training,  Michael offers training and technology support to KW market centers, agents and staff, thus providing a valuable service that is passed on to their clients.
 
Michael comes from a successful real estate family and has trained thousands of Realtors® since 2001.  He earned his BA in Education at the University of Central Oklahoma and completed studies for a Masters of Education degree from the University of North Texas in 2000.  In addition, he is a KW Master Faculty member a Texas Real Estate Commission approved trainer with certification in numerous Mandatory Continuing Education courses.
